Eng. Motaz Raslan

Eng. Motaz Raslan obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1975
fromAin Shams University inCairo.
In 1976, Eng Raslan started his professional career by establishing his own business
and his first company “Raslan Construction” a construction company that carried
out several successive creative and inventive construction projects and complexes.
By the early eighties,Raslan extended his overseasreal estate growth perspective
by establishing “Raslan Engineering & Consultancy” based in ‘the kingdom of
Saudi Arabia’ that has participated in Jeddah’s construction evolution.
Since 1990, Raslan Group became the cornerstone of across the border group of
prominent companies whose activities include construction, infrastructure,
rehabilitation, tourism, resorts, hotels, air services “Raslan Air Taxi”, chemical
fertilizers “Chemicals & Metals International Co – CMI”, as well as a UK-based
company for the supply and trade of scrap steel. Raslan Group has also founded and
built-up successful water treatment and bottling factory “AQUA” based in Egypt.
Raslan is the Founder & Chairman of:
• AQUA TAB (The Arab Company for Treatment & Bottling Drinking Water).
• Raslan for Entertainment Projects.
• Raslan for the Trade Center Management.
• Raslan for Real Estate Development.
Eng. Raslan is The Honorary Consul of Estonia in Egypt.
Raslan is the Chairman of:
– Canada Egypt Business Council (CEBC).
– The Egyptian Business Council for International Cooperation (ECIC).
Eng. Raslan is also an active member of:
The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham),
The British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA),
The Egyptian European Council,
The Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs (ECFA),
TheRotary Club – Nasr City, and
The Egypt’sInternational Economic Forum.
